About the project: Researchers at York St John University and Lancaster University are conducting a study to understand how children with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEN/D) transition from primary to secondary school. They are looking for insights from parents and carers of young people with SEN/D who are currently in their final year of mainstream primary school. The aim is to gather feedback on how transition preparation is going and to follow up after the first term of secondary school to learn about the transition experience.
