About the project (short plain English summary): Researchers at the London School of Economics are exploring the experiences of autistic employees and their managers. The study aims to understand positive leadership from both perspectives to help create more inclusive workplaces where autistic individuals can thrive.
Who they are looking for:
- Autistic adults in employment who have a direct supervisor.
- Managers/supervisors (autistic or non-autistic) who manage autistic employees.
What they will ask you to do:
- Complete a study pre-survey to confirm you meet the criteria.
- If selected, participate in a 45-60 minute online interview with a researcher.
What you will be offered for your time: Participants who complete an interview will receive a £15/$18 gift card of their choosing via the Tango platform.
