Are you or your young person an Adult with ADHD?

Written by:

Type of involvement: Research participation

Where the research will take place: Online

About the project: Researchers at the University of Bristol want to learn more about how adults with ADHD deal with sleep problems. Many adults with ADHD have trouble sleeping, but there isn’t much advice out there that’s made just for them. So, the researchers want to hear from adults with ADHD about their sleep issues and how they handle them. They hope that by learning from these experiences, they can come up with better ways to help adults with ADHD sleep better.

Who they are looking for: Adults (18+) with ADHD

What they will ask you to do: Participate in a short (15 minute) online survey about sleep quality, ADHD symptoms, fatigue levels, and experiences with various sleep management strategies. Optionally, participants can sign up for a follow-up online discussion with researchers.

What you will be offered for your time: Participants completing the survey will have the option to enter a raffle for 2x £50 online vouchers. Additionally, participants can choose to engage in a one-to-one online discussion with researchers to delve deeper into their experiences.

How to take part: Interested individuals can participate by visiting the study webpage here or by emailing the researchers at sleep-in-adhd-study@bristol.ac.uk.

Who to contact for further information: For further information, individuals can reach out to the researchers at sleep-in-adhd-study@bristol.ac.uk.
